Today (August 3), the Association of Canadian Publishers has released a statement saying that the organization’s membership “is discouraged by the Supreme Court of Canada’s July 30 judgment in the long-running legal dispute. We may share information with vendors who send emails for us, manage and operate our sites, process payments, fulfill orders, assist us in our marketing and advertising of our products or services.
